I have no idea what is going on in this scene from (genius/mad scientist/brilliant) Todd Haynes' new Bob Dylan "biopic" I'm Not There, but it's mesmerising and I'm reminded of that episode of The Simpsons where Homer watches Twin Peaks and says "Brilliant! ...I have absolutely no idea what's going on."

The only negative thing I can think of about that clip is that the blonde I think is Michelle williams has an awfully fake sounding british accent.
I can't watch the video right now :( but that has to be one of the greatest 15 second jokes in the history of "The Simpsons", If I remember correctly, there was a guy dancing with a unicorn next to a tree with a traffic sign hanging from a limb and saying (something like) "You sure make some good apple pie here in Twin Peaks." Brilliant... I have absolutely no idea what is going on. I would have said the same exact thing...
