Hopefully he doesn't go out for publicity for the awards and gives away all his jokes? Like, I remember hearing heaps of Chris Rock's jokes weeks before the ceremony. Specially the one about nobody doing acting at the Oscars (he doesn't think awards speeches are performances? silly man) and such.
I woulda prefered Ellen DeGeneres. And, if Gil Cates prefers people with limited film background why on earth did he go with Billy Crystal, Steve Martin and Whoopi all those times? Or even Chris Rock? Ellen woulda been perfect. Ah, well.
