No Joke
This is Heath Ledger as The Joker in The Dark Knight, out next year. The article attached says "While it is difficult to tell whether his hair will be classic Joker green," but we've seen on-set pictures of Heath walking around with green hair so it's safe to say he will. But, boy... how about that? That's quite scary, actually. Heath, you terrifying crazy boy.

I actually think they're going for a John Wayne Gacy thing. If you did a good search of him there's tonnes of pictures of his clown shtick.
