Random Things

**You know what I love? I love a good ol' cry over a movie or tv show. I just watched the series finale of Roswell on DVD and as I've made it abundantly clear before I love Roswell (it's sorta one of my all time favourite tv shows) and it was just... awww, shucks. I love Katherine Heigl and Brendan Fehr. I love that ending so much. It's one of my all time fave finales.

**There's a thing on television right now called ABBAmania and it's just a whole bunch of celebrities singing ABBA songs in front of a big audience. I'm confused. I just... don't understand it. Hi-5 (yes, Hi-5) are singing "Take a Chance on Me" (and I love that song, so it's weird and freaking me out.) And it's hosted by Richard Wilkins AND Bec Cartright Hewitt. Two of the most insufferable personalities in Australia. Ugh. Remember Wilkins' gameshow Keynotes or Keytones or... whatever it was called, where contestants had to guess songs by listening to the notes that were uncovered by answering trivia questions. Hilarity ensues.

**So, the store I work for (BiLo) closed today. It's no longer BiLo, but on Thursday it'll open as Coles. People are idiots though. Everyone was like "Oh, you're closing earlier tonight?" (we closed at 6pm instead of 10) even though we'd been telling customers for a month. I hate people.

**I think I'm gonna make a new banner.

**The light in my room blew up again.

**Kylie Minogue returned to the stage last night as her Showgirl Homecoming Tour premiered in Sydney. She performed a brand new setlist and included upcoming single "White Diamond". She also upped the homo-factor by doing a cover version of Madonna's "Vogue" (another song that I L-O-V-E) I'm gonna have to LimeWire that in a few days time.

**There was just a tv commercial for "Weeds". It's actually gonna air! Holy crap!

**YAWN. Seriously. I'm in the minority in that I actually like Hannibal, but I thought Red Dragon was one of the dullest pieces of claptrap all year. I personally love the comment that IMP Awards wrote about the poster

As for the tag line, can something truly begin with revenge? Surely it must begin with whatever inspires someone to take revenge in the first place. Maybe I'm just being too picky...

Oh, so true...

**Kate Ceberano is on this ABBAmania thing. LOL, remember X-Factor? That show was a disaster from day one.

**That's all right now. I think I'm gonna go watch last night's episode of Veronica Mars.

Weeds is so good it hurts, sort of. Just import the DVD.
