Underrated Movie of the Week
The Limey, 1999, dir. Steven Soderbergh, starring Terence Stamp, Luis Guzman, Leslie Ann Warren, Barry Newman, Peter Fonda, Nicky Katt, Joe Dasselandro and Melissa George
I LOVE LOEV LOVE The Limey. It's probably my fave Soderbergh (though I'm a big fan of Bubble too). Now I'll have to watch it again this week; it's been a few years since I did.

Stale Popcorn, noun, 1. A veritable cornucopia of movie geekdom, celebrity worship, Australian film discussion and all with occasional musical interludes! All wrapped up in the salty buttery taste of movie popcorn that's been sitting in the box for too long. What's not to love?
Everything that is written on this webpage - Stale Popcorn and any tangents from it - is written by me, Glenn Dunks, unless otherwise stated. It really is great, isn't it. I love the party scene at Peter Fonda's house. Something about him (and Terrence Stamp, obviously) in that movie...
I really want to see Bubble. It's release earlier this year was miniscule though and we didn't get the same day cinema/dvd thing.
