Today, I have been so unhealthy it (sorta) hurts.
I have eaten four slices of toast with peanut butter, a pack of Deli Rock Lime & Black Pepper chips (ie; the greatest chips in the history of the world), six chocolate iced donuts, half a jumbo popcorn, an entire jumbo coke and for dinner I had a roast.
And that's not to mention I had weet-bix for breaky covered in way too much sugar.
It's times like this that I think "Hmmm... maybe I really should sign up at the gym like I keep saying I will."
And then I get hungry again.

So? Shouldn't we start worrying about these things once we hit 30 or something??

If you have a fast metabolism that can handle it, it's no biggie.
You should only worry if you're like me, who has to burn off every calorie ingested. I have the slowest metabolic rate in the world.
sounds like you got some cravings after watching that 7 minute animated short film about meat eating.

good theory RC!
Yeah, Glenn, you seem plenty slim. If anytying, you need to keep eating like a pig and then hit the weights at the gym to convert that fat into muscle ; )
lol, i am skinny. I'm skin and bones, really.
