On the wagon

OMG! You have no idea how happy this picture to the left makes me. I think I could die. Except not, please. But, seriously, how good does my girl Courtney Love look? She looks, dare I say, pretty. Hell, she looks like a woman so that's a start! Sure, she could tone down the lipstick, but that's part of her shtick! Man, I love Courtney so freakin' much! I even loved her totally deranged solo album America's Sweetheart (on which she sound drunk and/or high on every single track), and I'm a big fan of her '90s grunge band Hole. And then there is the little matter of acting. If she didn't turn into a coke fiend, she could've joined people like Cher and Bette as great female singers turned movie stars. Her turn in The People Vs. Larry Flynt is simply, without a doubt, excellent and the fact that she wasn't nominated for an Oscar was criminal. Especially considering the amount of awards she won. Oh well. Early word on her next solo album is positive at the moment, so here's hoping that's great and maybe, oh maybe, a return to film for my favourite rehab junkie? Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps...
