A Mighty Futterman

A Mighty Heart is the movie about Daniel Pearl, the journalist who was slain in Iraq. It was known that Angelina Jolie was playing his wife, but nobody knew who was playing Daniel. Apparently though the role was already cast and has been filming in Iraq. The man playing him is none other than the man to your left, recent Academy Award nominated screenwriter (for Capote) - and major dreamboat (and you know it) - Dan Futterman. The most gay-friendly straight actor around (he gays it up whenever he can). The film is being directed by Michael Winterbottom (who for the first time is revisiting a subject in one of his films. That subject being the war in Iraq, which he explored in Road to Guantanamo recently). Man, Dan Futterman is a hottie, non? His best performance is probably Urbania (it's a very... distracting performance) and you can catch a clip of that over here and here (NSFW). They both make no sense if you haven't seen the movie, but it's good to just stare at Dan, right?

Right!

btw, how funny is the term "dreamboat". I need to start using that more often.

Oh, this is such good news. Hopefully he gets some scope to perform in the film, because it seems like it is mostly about Pearl's widow.

I don't get why there aren't many good pictures of him out there.

Seriously, someone needs to screencap Urbania and get them into circulation. They'd be prized by many.

This one time, my high school principal called this guy I was friends with "dreamboat". It was hilariously creepy.

We think that the principal forgot my friend's name, or thought it was something beginning with "D", and relised just as the sound of the letter left his mouth, and so "subtly" covered up the fact that he forgot the name. It was awesome.

The principal sounds like a dreamdon't.

OMGSOHILARIOUS!
