**Hmmm... Apparently they're starting development of a Port Arthur movie. That could be... interesting. For those who don't know a whole bunch of years ago (10? something like that) a man called Martin Bryant went to Port Arthur which is a popular tourist destination (in olden times it was a prison for convicts or something) and went on a shooting rampage, killing 35 people. The most famous of which was a mother and two kids while the husband/father watched (i think that's how the story goes). And, like, people just thought it was a reinactment of olden times cause the place was famous for that sort of stuff. Then he burnt down a building and some other stuff and then he died. It was sort of tragic. I wonder how they'd handle it. I'm surprised they hadn't made a tv movie out of it yet because Australia seems to make tv movies/miniseries out of anything.

**Did you know how awesome Sandy Denny is? Cause you should! They should really make a biopic about her. She died at 31 years old + she made great music. Loves. She looks like Diane Keaton, but ya know... that wouldn't work in a movie.



**Okay, so I never bought Fiona Apples "Extraordinary Machine" album because the bootleg version was brilliant enough and apparently she changed some of it because it was too Jon Brion (how can that be?). And that got me thinking while listening to it last night. Who else thinks Jon Brion should develop a musical with some great director? Spike Jonze could take a stab! Okay, i dunno. But just listen to the song "Extraordinary Machine" and you can just picture it in a musical movie. Or, I know I can.
