My mum hired out The Skeleton Key and Flightplan last night and we only have one DVD player at the moment so while I gladly watched Flightplan (I'm a sucker for anything Jodie, although I easily skipped this at the cinema) I rather reluctantly watched The Skeleton Key also. I couldn't help but notice all the similaries between not only these movies themselves (oddly enough, they both star Peter Sarsgaard as shifty characters), but these movies to other ones. And then I remembered back to watching Dark Water a month or so ago. I tellsya, they have so much in common it's scarier than the "scares" each movie is supposed to have.
So in honour of this I quickly knocked up these three things (okay not quickly quickly - all up it took me, like, 50 minutes - the things I do!) for your viewing pleasure. Just click on them to see them properly (although if you've got good eyesight you might be able to read them in thumbnail form). They do include spoilers so if, for some reason, you really care about whether Kate Hudson cottons on to Gina Rowlands you shouldn't read them.
BTW, while Skeleton Key doesn't have a little child (well, it does for about 1 minute), Flightplan has 1 and Dark Water picks up the slack by having 2! Good on ya Walter Salles (!!!)
Have fun. I'm gonna watch "The Amazine Race" and then maybe watch The Last Picture Show.

I thought you liked that genre. Well, you liked Birth. That is sort of its MVP.
Birth is a little different to Flightplan or The Skeleton Key though (they do share similarities).
